I’m sure your idol Al knows the ropes of the arena he chooses to enter. In entertainment, the papparazzi will never leave you alone. In politics, no one will leave you alone. Everyone will be on your hair since you have become fair game for everyone – the dog catcher, garbage collector, up to your political opponents, even party mates.

For some reason, politicians start off with a noble vision but end up becoming corporate sponsored. What Al says now will not be viewed as satire but political philosophy, his lines may not elicit that much laughter but criticism or ridicule.

With regards to the so-called 'right-wing' bashing...if it wasn't for bloggers and conservative talk radio, the mainstream media (TV News, and print) these issues would never be addressed. The MSM is left-wing biased. I think this is a very important issue and the people need to know when they have tax-evaders running for public office. Personally, I think he should have just stayed in the entertainment business. I did like the guy while he was on TV. However, since entering politics, I can’t stand him.
